- Covid-19 has affected us in many ways from school, to work to personal life and as a result, it affects our mental health.
- This project is a means for you to express yourself through art about how the pandemic has impacted your mental health.
- While there is no theme for the project, please keep in mind that the end result is for the masks to be displayed in a public space.
- Click the downloads section below for the mask template and narrative form.
- Create a design and decorate your mask to represent how you are feeling during this pandemic, using any medium of your choice. (Markers, paints, pencil crayons, etc).
- The subject matter should be original and not under the copyright of any other artist or entity.
After you have completed the mask, use the second form to include your name, age, City, a brief description of what you created, the consent form, and write a reflection answering this statement:
How my mental health has been affected by Covid-19.
- This is open to everyone and all ages and is designed to give you the opportunity to show how you feel and tell how it's affected your life and your family's lives. (In 100 words or less)
- Submit your completed mask and form to northsuperiorarttherapy@gmail.com or
