A weather pattern is a good way to express how you're feeling in the moment. Coming into session and feelings dark or in turmoil? Put it on paper. Then we will work with the image further.

A collage poem created from magazines and selecting words or phrases that resonate with you at the time. Sometimes it's a powerful message you need to hear. It doesn't have to rhyme.
